Chef Rafet İnce
Chef Rafet Ince, who is the gastronomy director of NG Phaselis Bay, completed his education at "Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts" and "Toscan-Cascina". Having received numerous awards in international culinary competitions, our chef won 3 Olympic medals in the 2008 “IKA – World Chefs Olympiad”. As founder of "Cooks Federation of Turkey"’s first official "Cooks National Team", Rafet İnce also contributed greatly to tourism by promoting local ethnic Turkish cuisine in the country and abroad. Rafet Chef, who is a member of the "Chaîne des Rôtisseurs", has been the chief editor of the BBC Good Food magazine published in London since 2008 and has the international jury certificate of the "Wacs – World Confederation of Chefs". Our Chef, who received the best food writer award at the "Gourmand World Cookbook Awards" in 2017, is the author of "CHEF", the first personal development and gastronomy career book in the world gastronomy literature. The book he wrote for the younger generations of gastronomy with his third book “Chef The Taste” in 2020 has become the finalist of the 2020 Celebrity Chefs World Book / Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2020 Best in The World.
